The parish Church of San Bartolomeo is located at the top of the town of Todiano and has a single door and three bells.
Inside are a frescoed niche with Stories of John the Baptist; the Holy Family and Saints, the latter by a painter from the early decades of the 16th century similar to Francesco di Montereale; a canvas possibly by Matteo Bonechi on a small altar; on the right a 16th-century wooden altar and a Madonna and Child in polychrome terracotta that fills a niche decorated with frescoes from the mid-16th century, near to the manner of Camillo and Gaspare Angelucci; the high altar built with materials taken from the original Romanesque church, a wooden case and Crucifixion, and a canvas by Vincenzo Manenti; the Coronation of Mary by Simone Procacci (1618); a panel with the Madonna and Saints by Filippino Lippi and his workshop; the Martyrdom of St. Bartholomew, a canvas by the Florentine Jacopo Confortini; and a Romanesque baptismal font.
